My feedback is that I appreciated (especially as a new employee) training with various departments, training with various people in different positions. It helped me learn my coworkers new faces and helped me understand what others job functions within the organization are. I liked that about the training.  I think emphasis on scripting (especially with the Medical Assistants and providers) was essential.
